With over 20 years of experience in hospitality and the restaurant industry she has honed her skills in creating delicious, quality food while also prioritizing the needs of those in her community. Lashaun's experience has taught her the importance of empathy and connection, which she strives to incorporate into every aspect of her business.

At her establishment, she takes pride in serving a diverse menu that features over 20 variations of hot dogs and burgers, each crafted with care and creativity. Additionally, they offer wings, exciting new additions like hoagies, fish platters, slushies, and so much more. They also provide vegetarian options to ensure that everyone can find something delicious to enjoy. There’s something for everyone, making it a perfect spot for families and friends to gather. Lashaun believes that food has the power to bring people together and foster a sense of belonging, which drives her commitment to addressing hot food insecurities and supporting local initiatives with her not for profit- Staying The Course Incorporated.
She states "I've been involved in community service for as long as I can remember, and I'm particularly passionate about empowering others, especially young mothers and aspiring entrepreneurs, to pursue their dreams". One of her sayings is "Family isnt just born; sometimes, its beautifully created together!
